Our story begins long before 2022, when bouldering was first introduced in Lebanon in 2008. Climbers struggled with a lack of proper gear, often resorting to using household mattresses instead of crash pads. Through years of research and development, we finally unlocked the solution to this problem and created our flagship Yabo crash pad.
But our mission at Sit Start goes beyond commercializing the sport. We believe in using bouldering as a means to build a community of passionate climbers. Bouldering may seem simple at first, but it is a complex and creative endeavor that requires human drive and determination to thrive.

Sit Start exists to promote responsible bouldering practices in Lebanon.
